Client Services Business Analyst

Oversee and implement project plans from concept to launch, ensuring client requirements are met. Coordinate Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams for timely delivery and quality. Coordinate internal teams to develop MLR submissions, training materials, and tests. Lead or co-lead client engagements to meet needs and regulatory standards. Coordinate to prepare client presentations, meeting summaries, and action items. Organize meetings with Product Delivery, Application, Delivery Enablement, and Client Services teams when needed. Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business. 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, ideally Market Access. Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace, brands, and data inputs. Expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review systems and approval processes. Proficient with Project Management Software and Figma or design tools. Apply systematic analysis to resolve problems; lead issue resolution and implement solutions.
