Explain Reference Based Pricing, pricing, and plan administration to clients. Lead end-to-end renewal processes and craft data-driven renewal materials. Oversee plan administration with the RBP TPA and reporting. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10 years Client Success in employer-sponsored benefits. 5 years health plan experience including self-funded accounts (TPAs).
