Clinic Director/Partner - Physical Therapist

Lead the Anderson outpatient PT clinic and drive patient outcomes. Hire, mentor, and develop PTs and clinical staff. Oversee operations: patient experience, scheduling, and performance. Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners. Deliver evidence-based PT care and ensure high-quality outcomes. Partner with leadership to grow the clinic and develop leadership paths. DPT or equivalent from accredited PT program. Licensed PT (or eligible) in state; active license. Leadership experience in clinic or team settings preferred. Path to multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership.
