Clinic Physician

Provides direct patient care in clinic and via telemedicine. Collaborates to integrate medical services into Biograph San Mateo's membership program. Maintains accurate EMR records and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Generates personalized insights from multidisciplinary data with the Medical Director. Supports treatment plans and builds strong relationships with patients. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in healthcare. Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. 6-8 years physician experience outside residency. Current unrestricted CA medical license. Passion and expertise in aging and longevity. Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficient with G-suite; adaptable to learning new software; familiar with EMR/EHR and HIPAA.
