Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care in home care settings. Visit adult and pediatric SN clients to assess their needs in Passaic County. Develop and oversee the execution of care plans while supervising RNs and LPNs in the field. Conduct competencies for new and existing staff members to ensure high standards of care. Requirements & Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Home care experience is a plus
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn
