CNC Lathe Programmer

We are seeking a skilled Swiss Lathe Programmer to operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up machines per job specifications, selecting tools, and loading materials. This role requires a strong focus on quality and safety, alongside collaboration with the team to optimize production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Set up machines according to job specifications and load necessary materials.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication on machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards to management.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize production processes and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Experience operating CNC machines and metalworking equipment.
• Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and precision tools.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills for machine programming and data entry.
