CNC Machinist (Starlink) Level 4/5

Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team for setting up and operating multi-axis CNC mills and lathes. The ideal candidate must be proficient in drilling, tapping, milling, and turning, able to read blueprints/drawings, and follow verbal instructions. Responsibilities include handling complex, tight-tolerance parts from various materials, material prep, deburring, oiling machines, chip management, and maintaining tidy work areas. This position requires a High School diploma or GED with at least 10 years of experience in setup, operation, and programming of CNC mill/lathe, including G-code experience. Experience in short-run, prototype, non-production machining, as well as Horizontal Mill experience and running lathes with live tooling is preferred. The ability to read blueprints, work overtime/weekends, lift 40 lbs, stand for 8 hours, stoop/bend/crawl, and perform repetitive movements is essential.
