Community & Developer Advocacy Director

Own the community strategy, operating model, and platform decisions; launch momentum. Build core programs (office hours, AMAs, challenges, champions). Own templates and the library end-to-end, including quality bar and review. Build the technical content pipeline: intake, creation, QA, publishing, curation. Establish a bottom-up contributor motion to scale templates and library. Partner with Growth and Product to improve activation and feedback loops. 10+ years in technical community building, DevRel, or related growth roles. Strong technical credibility with builders; be a power user. Proven experience launching and scaling technical communities. Proven ability to scale technical content/assets (templates, playbooks) with governance. Builder mindset: ship v1 quickly, learn in public, iterate with scope. Strong judgment and ownership; deliver outcomes in ambiguity.
