Responsibilities

• Support departmental processes development
• Assist with health plan audits
• Conduct regulatory research

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent
• 2 years Compliance experience in healthcare organization
• Extensive knowledge of Compliance Regulation and California State Law
• Experience in health information management or revenue cycle services (preferred)
• Ability to draft compliance programs and plans (preferred)
