Compliance Manager (Strategic Execution Lead)

Support M&A pre-deal due diligence by assessing target compliance policies, controls, and staff. Support acquisition integration with remediation plans, updated policies, and controls. Assess regulatory requirements for new markets and engage regulators/bank partners to obtain licenses. Support new product launches by conducting compliance risk assessments and proposing incremental controls. Broad compliance expertise incl AML, sanctions advisory, and due diligence. Experience assessing risks, gaps, and designing control enhancements. Lead multiple time-sensitive projects with urgency and focus. Foster working groups with stakeholders: corporate development, partnerships, and legal. Knowledge of digital assets regulatory frameworks for trading, derivatives. Experience with international regulatory regimes (UK, EU, Singapore, etc.). Team and company-wide offsites held multiple times a year. Remote-first environment with in-person participation when required.
