Join Contra as a Motion Designer and help empower freelancers worldwide through compelling visual storytelling. In this fully remote role, you will independently design and animate high-quality motion graphics that elevate our brand and engage our community. Collaborate closely with a creative team, contribute innovative ideas, and deliver polished content that aligns with our mission and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for various projects.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative ideas.
Deliver animations on time, adhering to project requirements and brand guidelines.
Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining attention to detail.
Ensure visual consistency and a polished look across all motion design work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency with motion design and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D).
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative motion graphics and animation work.
Excellent visual storytelling and conceptualization skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, collaboration, and feedback incorporation abilities.
Understanding of brand guidelines and consistency in visual design.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to deliver work on tight deadlines.
Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
Passion for empowering and connecting creative communities.
