Internova Travel Group is seeking an experienced Cruise Consultant to deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients planning cruise vacations. You will manage all aspects of the booking process, from research and proposal to finalizing reservations and ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout their journey. As a vital member of our team, your focus will be on exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets in a dynamic, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide highly personalized cruise travel consultation for new and existing clients.
Manage all facets of the booking process independently, including research, proposals, and reservations.
Present clear and accurate pricing, emphasizing the advantages of working with Cruise Specialists.
Recommend and arrange ancillary services such as insurance, hotels, and air travel.
Process quote requests promptly and accurately using the Agent Mate reservation system.
Ensure clients receive all necessary travel information, including requirements, documentation, and reminders.
Address and resolve client issues, involving management when needed.
Collaborate on additional projects and duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of travel industry experience, with a preference for cruise market expertise.
In-depth knowledge of cruise lines, ships, destinations, and booking tools.
Proven sales and superior customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Zoom; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in cruise line or travel agency environments required.
Friendly, proactive, and client-focused disposition.
Capacity to retain and manage large amounts of information efficiently.
