Data Engineering Manager, Core DE & Core Experience

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core DE and CoreX DE. Lead and grow 7 data engineers across two teams. Define engineering standards for data modeling, testing, and quality. Partner with DSA, ML, Product, and SWE for data contracts. Drive centralization of data with clear intake and engagement models. Ensure governance, incident response, privacy, and compliance. 8+ years of data engineering building and operating pipelines. 2+ years directly managing data engineering teams. SQL proficiency and Python or Scala. Hands-on with Spark, Kafka, or Flink. Experience with cloud data warehouses and lakehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
