Job Overview

• Support the Data team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Learn and manage core data processes, initially through manual operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to project delivery.
• Drive automation initiatives using Generative AI and AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and triage the Data team’s JIRA board, ensuring accurate ticket assignment and status updates.
• Oversee Looker user permissions, license assignments, and routine access reviews for compliance.
• Compile and distribute regular status reports on projects and team performance to stakeholders.
• Conduct administrative follow-ups to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards for operational metrics, including data quality and governance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Design and implement intelligent automation solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents.
