Join 6 Figure Creative as a Digital Marketing Coach and make a direct impact by guiding creative freelancers through personalized marketing strategies. Our flagship coaching program, Clients By Design, is rapidly growing, and we're seeking a dedicated professional to empower talented freelancers to secure clients and grow their businesses. You will work remotely with a passionate, global team, delivering 1-on-1 coaching, accountability, and support that transforms careers and lives.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new clients, ensuring they understand and can leverage our coaching program from day one.
Provide 1-on-1 coaching, guiding clients through their custom marketing roadmaps and overcoming roadblocks.
Deliver constructive feedback and hold clients accountable for completing their marketing plans.
Resolve conflicts within your client roster to foster a positive, action-oriented environment.
Collaborate with the founder and coaching team to develop and improve playbooks and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, coaching, or client success roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective 1-on-1 coaching and conflict resolution.
Ability to manage and prioritize a roster of 50+ clients remotely.
Familiarity with creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for freelancers or creatives.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, globally distributed team environment.
Experience with onboarding, client retention, and tracking client satisfaction metrics.
Analytical mindset to assess client progress and program effectiveness.
Passion for helping others achieve business and personal growth.
Resilience and commitment to support clients through tough decision-making.
Desire to contribute to a mission-driven company focused on creative freelancers' success.
