Lead Corporate IT and Digital Workplace strategy and execution. Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of employee systems. Build scalable IT operations with governance and speed. Drive AI-enabled tool adoption with governance. Partner with leaders to align IT with business priorities. Balance governance with speed to enable productive work. 8–10+ years in Corporate IT or Digital Workplace roles, including leadership. Experience leading IT support and service delivery with measurable results. Hands-on identity/access management using Okta or similar tools. Experience onboarding/offboarding with thoughtful access controls. Strong experience administering Google Workspace for security. Experience managing macOS devices using Kandji or similar MDM.
