Twilio is seeking a dynamic Director, New Business Accounts DACH (German Speaker) to lead the expansion of our communications technology in the DACH region. This full-time, remote role offers the opportunity to drive new business growth, build strategic client relationships, and shape the future of communications across Germany. Job Overview

Lead new business development initiatives for the DACH region.
Drive customer acquisition and manage high-value accounts.
Represent Twilio’s brand and solutions to key German-speaking clients.
Work remotely with cross-functional global teams.
Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH market.
Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent German and English communication skills.
Proven experience in business development or account management.
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Excellent remote work discipline and self-motivation.
Knowledge of the DACH market landscape.
Familiarity with SaaS and cloud communications technologies.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
