Lead servicing strategy execution across all GoodLeap products. Ensure servicing is prepared, technically aligned, scalable with sub-servicers. Serve as execution authority for servicing updates, changes, and deployments. Translate business objectives into executable servicing solutions. Partner with Product, Technology, Compliance, Capital Markets and Operations. 10+ years in project and operational management (finance/loans) Deep servicing lifecycle, configurations, and sub-servicer models Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects on time Knowledge of loan servicing: billing, collections, compliance Excellent verbal/written communication with stakeholders at all levels Leadership across cross-functional teams; adapt to changing priorities
