GitLab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Ecosystem Sales Manager to join our team remotely in the United Kingdom. As part of a global leader in DevOps solutions, you will drive strategic ecosystem partnerships and sales initiatives, helping organizations streamline their software development lifecycle with GitLab's unified platform.

Job Overview

Lead ecosystem sales efforts for GitLab's comprehensive DevOps platform across the UK market.
Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow GitLab's ecosystem partnerships in the UK.
Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic partner accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through ecosystem collaboration.
Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Represent GitLab at industry events and online forums to enhance visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management within the technology or software sector.
Strong understanding of the DevOps lifecycle and software development processes.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience managing ecosystem or channel partnerships is highly desirable.
