Figma is seeking a remote Manager, Recruiting – Engineering to lead recruitment efforts for our engineering teams. This full-time role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. As part of Figma—a collaborative design platform for teams—you will play a key role in shaping our engineering talent and building high-performing teams.

Job Overview

Lead and manage end-to-end engineering recruitment processes.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for top engineering talent.
Collaborate closely with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs.
Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

Build and execute recruiting plans for engineering roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Manage candidate pipelines and oversee interview processes.
Promote Figma’s employer brand in the engineering community.
Foster diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in engineering recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of software engineering roles and industry trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
