Break into enterprise accounts and create demand for Elastic solutions. Identify use cases for Search, Security, and Observability to drive initiatives. Manage sales cycle and close complex transactions with customers. Build a robust pipeline and long-term plan with communities and partners. Hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets for New Business SaaS and Pro Services. Collaborate with Elastic teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Track record selling SaaS and Professional Services into net-new enterprise accounts with quota overachievement. Experience selling into Elastic's ecosystem—Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM and Cloud. Ability to build relationships with IT and LOB executives. Forecasting with SFDC (Salesforce).
