Job Overview

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying enterprise opportunities for Send's platform. The role involves engaging senior insurers and MGAs, partnering with Sales & Marketing to build pipeline, and conducting outbound outreach across the UK, US, and other regions. You will also be tasked with qualifying leads, booking high-quality meetings for the revenue team, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo for outreach, maintaining CRM data, and supporting go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales in insurance, financial services, or regtech
  • Proactive, self-motivated with ownership of pipeline generation
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset with resilience in long sales cycles
  • Strong listening and discovery skills with the ability to tailor messaging
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with sales tools
