Travel within your region; this role is field-based. 3+ years of hands-on property management or related trades. Proficiency diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing standard trades. Manage work orders, budget time/materials, and communicate with contractors. Current driver’s license and automobile insurance. Lift/carry 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; 75+ lbs with assistance.
