External sales role working Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 7 pm. Responsibilities include external prospecting of new clients through door-to-door visits on predefined routes. Presenting and negotiating Stone's financial services and solutions. Attending meetings to align goals, plan routes, and learn from the team. Providing high-quality consultative customer service to ensure satisfaction. Requires a completed high school education with a communicative, dynamic, and initiative-driven personality. Must have motivation to grow in the sales field. Offers a fixed salary of R$2,500.00 plus uncapped variable pay. Career path with Personal Development Plan and evaluations.
