Facility Security Officer (FSO)

Protect classified information and oversee security for facilities Manage personnel security clearances (PCLs) and reinvestigations Lead Insider Threat Program for cleared Okta personnel Conduct security self-inspections and audits with DCSA and ICDs as applicable Collaborate with leadership and Gov't partners on security protocols Develop and implement security policies and SOPs 5+ years in industrial security or related FSO/ASFO role Experience as ITPSO Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs Experience with DISS/NBIS, NISS, SWFT OPSEC procedures and handling sensitive information (FOUO, CUI) U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain/maintain Secret and/or Top Secret clearance Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan and investment options Paid leave and PTO Flexible spending accounts Social impact programs
