EnergySolutions, a leading international nuclear services company, is seeking a proactive and analytical Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This key role partners directly with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making by managing the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Job Overview

The Manager of FP&A will independently collect, analyze, and report on financial data, supporting the company's business objectives. This role is hands-on, requiring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a deep understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles. The position offers a collaborative environment, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Director of FP&A and Treasurer as a business partner.
Independently collect, analyze, and interpret key financial data to support decision-making.
Manage the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budgets and forecasts.
Develop and maintain complex financial models across company operations.
Ensure timely delivery of financial reports and respond proactively to requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial planning roles with increasing responsibility.
Expertise in financial statement analysis, financial metrics, and GAAP principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and business acumen.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
