This part-time, remote opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact in an early-stage, design-driven environment.

Job Overview

Part-time, remote role (20–30 hours/month) with flexible hours.
Work closely with the CTO and founding team to create distinctive product and website designs.
Contribute to both user experience and marketing materials for demos and pilots.
Help establish and maintain a scalable design system.

Key Responsibilities

Translate complex AI-driven workflows into elegant, intuitive user experiences.
Create high-fidelity product mockups with a crisp, modern aesthetic.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system (typography, color, components).
Polish investor and customer-facing demos and prototypes.
Design and iterate on the marketing website/landing page for brand consistency and impact.
Collaborate flexibly with the team, scaling contributions as the company grows.

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of UI/UX design experience in SaaS or digital platforms.
Portfolio showcasing clean, modern designs with unique character.
Experience designing both product UX and public-facing websites.
Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools; able to deliver ready-to-build assets.
Strong communication skills for effective fractional, async collaboration.
Familiarity with AI-driven workflow design is a plus.
Flexible commitment; engagement via hourly contract or design agency-style retainer.
