This remote, part-time opportunity allows you to shape the future of generative AI by evaluating, auditing, and improving biology content and training prompts. Collaborate with other professionals, ensure high-quality standards, and influence how AI understands and communicates in the field of biology—all while working flexibly from your location.

Key Responsibilities

Create and refine content for accuracy and relevance across diverse biology topics.
Develop and apply scoring rubrics to evaluate complex question-answer pairs.
Assess and verify the qualifications of new biology experts for the platform.
Moderate project-related discussions in Discord, providing guidance and support.
Audit and review tasks completed by AI Trainers, offering constructive feedback and quality improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Biology or a related field.
At least 6 years of professional experience in biology or a related discipline.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or above).
Experience creating or evaluating LLM (Large Language Model) prompts.
Background in teaching, lecturing, or consulting in biology.
Ability to quickly adapt to new guidelines and switch between topics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to innovative AI projects.
