We help our clients attack their ambitious business goals, solve skills shortage issues, and become innovative by building Dedicated Software Development Teams in Mexico, Canada, the U.S.A., and Ukraine and providing on-demand IT project resources to complete required skills on their in-house teams.As a Front End Senior Developer, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back end developers to implement responsive and dynamic features. You will also play a key role in ensuring application performance, accessibility, and best practices in coding.Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React and Next.js. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ features. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil. Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR) in Next.js. Experience working with GraphQL, REST APIs, and third-party integrations. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of best practices for accessibility (a11y), performance optimization, and SEO. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments. Bonus Skills- Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or Chakra UI.- Hands-on experience with WebSockets, real-time data, and microservices architecture.- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.Benefits1.
