Join PingWind Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, as a Functional Analyst supporting mission-critical federal government projects. This role focuses on optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, and enhancing supply chain and management consulting services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, technical, and programmatic support for system modernization and process improvement initiatives within the VA and other federal agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform technical assessments, quality assurance, and deployment support for TRM Applications.
Deliver integrated support for target state architecture, migration planning, and system evolution.
Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports.
Evaluate programs, procedures, and systems, making recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams and government customers, addressing issues and facilitating solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
1+ years of relevant professional experience.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation.
Expert communication and client management skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with a flexible, collaborative mindset.
Experience in cross-functional teams and outcome-driven project environments.
