Job Overview

Guide new customers through Lodgify account and system setup via phone and screen-sharing in German.
Take ownership of the customer journey from post-subscription onboarding to ongoing upsell opportunities.
Act as a consultative partner to customers, ensuring optimal use of Lodgify’s software suite.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer value and relay product feedback.
Work remotely as part of an international team, with opportunities for travel and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new customers through account setup and training in German.
Understand customer objectives to tailor onboarding and support.
Proactively manage a pipeline of customers to drive product adoption and upsell features.
Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product and other departments.
Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ year experience in account management/onboarding in SaaS, or recent relevant graduate.
Native or near-native German and English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus.
Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software platforms.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
Experience in the vacation rental software industry preferred.
Ability to handle commercial conversations with a consultative approach.
