Job Overview

As a Global Content Business Consultant, you will be responsible for preparing customers to adopt Veeva AI solutions and lead MLR transformation in content operations for productivity gains. Your role will involve building an operating model for global-to-local content reuse, honing DAM processes, and promoting Modular Content adoption in the Life Sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customers for adopting Veeva AI solutions
• Lead MLR transformation and tiered review
• Build an operating model for global-to-local content reuse
• Establish metadata governance and content standards
• Prepare for FDA Electronic Submissions and define KPIs

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with a management consulting firm or marketing agency
• Background in commercialized product/brand domain preferred
• Strong track record delivering client advisory engagements
• Core consulting skills: facilitation, presentations, PM, change management
• Experience with content management systems; willingness to travel ~25%
• Bachelor's degree required
