Global Project Manager

Implement regional security strategies across countries. Conduct site reviews and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Manage installation, maintenance, and upgrades of security systems. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements. Liaise across departments to align security with business priorities. Innovate tools to improve security efficiency and service delivery. 7+ years in physical security mgmt within international orgs. Strong expertise in security systems: access control, CCTV, alarms. Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus. Ability to operate under pressure and manage complex projects. Excellent interpersonal/communication with a solution-oriented mindset. Knowledge of local and global security regulations/standards. Proactive, reliable, and ready to support security systems. Experience managing large-scale projects and delivering know-how.
