Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for cybersecurity and network operations software.
Lead negotiations and manage large, complex contracts with global suppliers.
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal and performance review.
Build and maintain strong, strategic supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Achieve ambitious cost savings and demonstrate ROI for procurement initiatives.
Coach and mentor junior procurement team members, promoting professional growth.
Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced procurement efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management focused on cybersecurity and network operations software.
Proven ability to negotiate and manage high-value, enterprise-wide contracts.
Expertise with RFx processes and eProcurement platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in international procurement and compliance with privacy/data protection standards.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated project management success and ability to work in global teams.
High level of urgency, integrity, and results orientation.
