Internova Travel Group is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to lead corporate travel programs for multinational clients. As the senior point of contact, you will build executive relationships, orchestrate global strategies, and drive innovative travel solutions that align with client objectives. This remote role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and expertise in managing complex, multi-regional accounts within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the senior contact for assigned global corporate clients, fostering executive partnerships and long-term strategies.
Lead global account planning, quarterly and annual business reviews, and align client goals with Altour’s travel solutions.
Identify and implement optimization opportunities through policy, supplier strategy, automation, and behavioral change.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, regional teams, and service delivery operations to ensure consistent global program execution.
Leverage data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to deliver insights and support client decision-making.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and travel program savings to ensure measurable value and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance to track account profitability, contract compliance, and identify growth opportunities.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and sustainability practices, providing forward-thinking solutions to clients.
Contribute to product improvement through client feedback and market intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years in client-facing roles within the travel industry or related sectors, with 3+ years in global account management.
Proven ability to lead complex, multinational programs with matrixed stakeholders and service delivery models.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record in driving client value, program optimization, and business growth.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in leveraging data for strategy and performance tracking.
Experience with online booking tools, expense platforms, or travel technology solutions (preferred).
Familiarity with TMC operating models and key industry KPIs.
Project management or change management certification is a plus.
Collaborative, agile approach to working across time zones, cultures, and teams.
