PagerDuty is seeking a driven and experienced Principal Product Manager, Growth to join our digital operations management platform team. This full-time, remote opportunity is open to candidates across the United States who are passionate about driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. As a key leader, you will shape the vision and direction of our growth initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact.

Job Overview

Lead the strategy and execution of growth-focused product initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to identify and implement opportunities for growth.
Analyze user data to inform product decisions and optimize the user journey.
Set and track key performance indicators to measure success.
Drive experimentation to discover innovative solutions for user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product growth roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful growth experiments and features.
Monitor and report on product performance using data-driven insights.
Identify and prioritize opportunities based on user feedback and market trends.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and iteration to improve product outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and A/B testing.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities in a remote environment.
Deep understanding of growth metrics and user lifecycle management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
