GxP Training Quality Manager

Parexel, a global leader in clinical research, is seeking a GxP Training Quality Manager to oversee and enhance training programs that ensure compliance and quality across global development initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and oversee job-specific training programs to support quality and compliance objectives.
• Collaborate with the Learning Center of Excellence to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze training outcomes using LMS data and participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Consult with the LMS Administrator to identify and resolve issues impacting training quality or compliance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely prioritization and effective delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinical, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries with GxP knowledge, or 5+ years in customer-facing roles serving these sectors.
• Strong understanding of GxP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and prioritization of urgent needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
