Job Overview

As the Head of Operations at YNAB, you will oversee and optimize day-to-day business processes, champion a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure seamless operational execution in a fully remote environment. You will collaborate cross-functionally to scale operations and support YNAB’s growth and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and streamline operational processes to drive efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve strategic goals.
Oversee remote team management and foster an inclusive culture.
Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in operations or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of remote work best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics.
Ability to foster a culture of humility, confidence, and collaboration.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with SaaS or software industry operations is a plus.
