Job Overview

Lead and develop Sana's People strategy, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives aligned with our mission.
Oversee all HR operations, policies, and programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize HR policies and procedures.
Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Support employee development, performance management, and feedback processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in a remote environment.
Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders remotely.
Demonstrated commitment to employee wellness and engagement.
