As a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic specializing in Road Service, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and repair work on heavy-duty commercial vehicles both offsite and onsite. Your main duties will involve diagnosing and maintaining aftertreatment systems, engine lights, A/C, electrical, and lighting systems. You will use OEM diagnostic tools such as Cummins, PACCAR, Snap-on, JPRO, ECT to identify issues accurately. Keeping detailed service records and effective communication with fleet managers or clients will be essential. Adherence to safety protocols and company procedures, punctuality, and professionalism will also play a significant role in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform offsite and onsite diagnostic and repair work on heavy-duty commercial vehicles
  • Diagnose and maintain aftertreatment systems, engine lights, A/C, electrical, and lighting systems
  • Use OEM diagnostic tools to identify issues
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with fleet managers or clients

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a heavy-duty diesel technician with diagnostic and road service experience
  • Proficient at diagnosing and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty vehicle issues
  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid Class A license (Preferred)
