Home Care Nurse Manager

Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit Adult and Pediatric Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Hudson & Bergen Counties. Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of RN experience. Supervisory experience (preferred). Homecare experience is a PLUS! Trach/vent experience or interest in learning. Requirements & Qualifications
