Home Health Aide Position

We are seeking a dedicated Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) to provide in-home care for a 76-year-old client in Troy, MI. The ideal candidate will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and personal care.
• Provide stand-by/gait assistance using a walker.
• Escort the client to therapy and medical appointments with reliable transport.
• Follow the client’s plan of care and report any changes promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate home environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification, or equivalent home care experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Recent negative TB test result.
• Valid auto insurance with your name listed on the policy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients is preferred.
