We are seeking a strategic and impactful Director, People Business Partner to collaborate closely with our Product, Technology, and Engineering leaders. This remote position is pivotal in developing and executing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive operational excellence across a global, fast-paced environment.

Job Overview

As the Director - HR Business Partner, you will champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, while supporting business growth and employee engagement. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing HR processes, leading key projects, and ensuring compliance in a dynamic, technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive growth.
Champion and implement culture-building initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Develop and manage programs to retain, develop, and engage top talent.
Lead and deliver impactful HR projects, managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
Streamline and scale HR operations to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Develop, track, and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic, data-driven decisions.
Advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and engagement is fostered.
Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, maintaining a fair work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7-10 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a global corporate or technology setting.
Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder engagement within matrix organizations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for influencing diverse groups.
Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and drive organizational change.
Strong relationship-building and alignment capabilities across all organizational levels.
Political savviness and diplomacy in navigating complex organizational structures.
Experience managing HR projects, resources, and budgets effectively.
Expertise in developing and analyzing HR metrics for informed decision-making.
Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
Thorough understanding of compliance with legal and industry HR standards.
