Regal Rexnord seeks a strategic Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead HR initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites in Europe. The successful candidate will partner with regional leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development, supporting the company's commitment to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence in powertrain solutions. This role requires expertise in navigating complex, multi-country HR environments and delivering continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to regional leadership teams, providing expert guidance on all HR matters.
  • Lead HR initiatives across multiple European sites, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local needs.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development for business continuity and growth.
  • Monitor HR metrics and deliver data-driven insights to enhance retention, productivity, and workforce effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition for key positions.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on safety, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring consistent practices and compliance across all manufacturing sites.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to local HR teams, driving continuous improvement and consistency in HR practices.
  • Advise business leaders on HR policies, compliance, and employee relations investigations.
  • Collaborate with operations and function leaders to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a Business-related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of HR experience within a global industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in plant-level and multi-site HR responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in European Union employment directives, GDPR, and labor laws.
  • Ability to influence and lead change within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Servant leadership skills and adaptability in fast-paced, metric-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated success in talent management and succession planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence across cultures.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
