Requirements & Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years experience in new product development and power conversion manufacturing
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • Deep PPAP and SCAR experience in managing supplier quality systems
  • Experience in building BOMs and drawing packages for cost and scale
  • Experience in high-voltage/high-power equipment build, test, and commissioning
