Integration & Test Engineer (Starlink Propulsion)

Manage integration build flow and test operations Evaluate designs for manufacturability and integration Interface with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing Regularly challenge processes and parts with design engineers to improve hardware Maintain holistic ownership of the production line: process, quality, tooling, and safety Enable day-to-day execution of the vehicle integration and test flow Bachelor's degree in engineering 1+ years hands-on fabrication/assembly/testing/PM experience Experience with propulsion/thermal/electrical/structural integration and testing Understanding of test methods/setups and data acquisition Documentation & configuration management; writing test plans and go/no-go judgments Some travel up to 10% and willingness to work extended hours/weekends Medical, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Short and long-term disability insurance Life insurance Paid parental leave Paid vacation and holidays
