Intermediate/Senior Technical Writer

Own the documentation lifecycle for Coverity—from planning to publishing. Collaborate with developers, PMs, and UX to translate concepts. Drive best practices for DITA-based documentation and content strategy. Advocate for the user experience, ensuring documentation is intuitive and accurate. Lead and mentor other writers on small team initiatives and projects. 4+ years as a technical writer. Experience with at least one programming language. Comfortable in the command line; Bash scripting is a plus. Familiarity with Git/GitLab or similar source control tools. Strong experience with DITA: ditamaps, topics, keys, ditaval. Advanced knowledge of DITA best practices, CCMS, or structured authoring tools.
