Job Overview

Permanent, fully remote position (US applicants only)
Work within a dedicated product team for the Speechify iOS app
Opportunity to influence key engineering and product decisions
Support millions of users, including those with Dyslexia, ADD, Low Vision, Concussions, Autism, and Second Language Learners
Contribute to a transformative industry with a mission-driven team

Key Responsibilities

Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap
Maintain and enhance complex app architecture
Lead and support engineering decisions from inception to scale
Obsess over delivering an exceptional customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with products that scaled to large user bases
Expertise in Swift and SwiftUI
Strong knowledge of multithreading programming
Experience with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane
Deep understanding and application of SOLID principles
Proficient with Git and various Git strategies
Ability to work quickly while maintaining focus and quality
Excellent product thinking and collaboration with internal teams
Track record of shipping products from inception to traction
Customer-obsessed mindset and passion for impactful technology
