Key Responsibilities

Review and assess the relevance of AI-generated job postings based on real user queries.
Label and annotate search results for clarity and accuracy according to client rubrics.
Conduct quality checks, including double-checking, JSON validation, and flagging unclear cases.
Work within secure, browser-based tools and follow confidentiality protocols.
Collaborate with the client’s team in German and participate in English-friendly meetings.
Track updates and progress using a Git-based system with provided guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–12 months of experience in roles such as Junior Recruiter, HR Assistant, Administrative Support, Researcher, Content Moderator, Junior Analyst, Customer Support, or AI Data Annotator.
Proficient in German (C1+) and comfortable with basic English communication.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured instructions, and work accurately with text.
Comfortable working remotely on Windows or macOS in a secure environment.
Motivated to gain practical experience in AI and data annotation projects.
