Job Description As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the planning, development, and delivery of product capabilities across the Agilence platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to document requirements, organize workflows, validate releases, and help ensure the product aligns with customer and market needs. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail‑oriented, comfortable working with data, and able to translate insights into clear documentation. You will learn how to operate within an Agile development process, contribute to roadmap execution, and partner with cross‑functional teams to move initiatives forward. Strong communication, structured thinking, and a self‑starter mindset are essential for success in this role. Salary range is between $70K - $85K / annual salary Responsibilities Assist in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and simple functional specifications Gather and document requirements from cross‑functional teams (Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, Sales) Support backlog management: grooming, prioritization, and clarifying items for engineering Participate in Agile ceremonies and answer clarifying questions during development Validate completed work during UAT and support release readiness activities Assist in preparing release notes, training materials, and internal product documentation Perform light market research and competitive comparison analysis to help inform product decisions Help maintain product documentation, ensuring it remains accurate and up to date Coordinate small cross‑functional tasks to ensure smooth execution of enhancements and fixes Monitor user feedback, analyze patterns, and help triage issues or enhancement opportunities Work with data to validate requirements, confirm outcomes, and support decision‑making Requirements 1–3 years of experience in an adjacent field (Product, Customer Success, Development, QA, Implementation, Operations, etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down workflows and identify gaps Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and process documentation Familiarity with Agile concepts and sprint‑based workflows Comfort working with data (pulling, validating, interpreting) and translating findings into clear written requirements or user stories, with a self‑starter mindset to move work forward independently Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize information clearly Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Highly organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to ask the right clarifying questions Tech savvy and passionate about building products Comfortable using applications such as JIRA and Salesforce Search Firm Representatives please read: Agilence is not seeking assistance or accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms for this employment opportunity.
